AI Mobile App — Production Launch
Took an AI application from a hosted preview to full production and shipped it to both stores. Migrated test data into a newly provisioned MongoDB Atlas production cluster with vector search (HNSW) indexes rebuilt, then ran the end-to-end App Store and Google Play launch.

Built the CSV inventory pipeline into Supabase with load testing, backend and auth setup migrated to the client's own project under an owner model, CI/CD, and SEO-friendly slugs replacing numeric event IDs.

Public transit app taken from a prototype through a technical audit and recommended architecture, then built out: destination search, single-route map view, live bus positions, and boarding-stop directions.

Travel-planning platform taken from a broken deployment to a monetized production site — destination matcher quiz, national-park browsing (NPS API), flight search (Amadeus), budget calculator, and a Stripe digital-product shop. Built so a non-technical owner runs every bit of content without code.
