The problem
The back-office engine behind AngelList and EquityZen had to form companies, open bank accounts, verify investors and move money, all under audit.
What I did
Built the founder fundraising flow end to end, from deal creation to bank account, investor KYC, capital collection and payouts, on LoopBack 4 with gRPC, Keycloak, Stripe, Plaid and Treasury Prime.
